To TOP or not to TOP an EXISTS

Is there any point in adding a TOP to an exists subquery? Does it persuade SQL to return only the minimum information needed to satisfy the Exists?
No to both. The Exists operator itself tries to retrieve jus the absolute minimum of information, so the addition of TOP 1 does nothing except add 5 characters to the query size.

Task Scheduler (Windows)

The Task Scheduler enables you to automatically perform routine tasks on a chosen computer. The Task Scheduler does this by monitoring whatever criteria you choose to initiate the tasks (referred to as triggers) and then executing the tasks when the criteria is met.

Setting the Value of a Password TextBox

Setting the Value of a TextBox with TextMode=Password  is different that using the Text property, simply it will be remove… and that make some sense since the client shouldn’t have that info that why is hidden with *. But I used in this way… send a no real info back to the client (such as ‘*****’) and later, when I receive the info from the client, then I verify that is not what I sent (‘*****’) and then update the password. In my case, the password could be delete (send back as empty).

Analyze User-Agent

This tool was developed for user agent string analysis. The analysis gives you information on client SW type (browser, webcrawler, anonymizer etc.), OS and more.

Example: Mozilla/4.0 (compatible; MSIE 8.0; Windows NT 6.1; WOW64; Trident/4.0; GTB7.4; SLCC2; .NET CLR 2.0.50727; .NET CLR 3.5.30729; .NET CLR 3.0.30729; Media Center PC 6.0; .NET4.0C; .NET4.0E)

Result: Browser logo IE 8.0 ->Detail run on logo Windows 7 ->OS detail

Conditional comments only work in IE, and are thus excellently suited to give special instructions meant only for IE. They are supported from IE 5 onwards. Conditional comments work as follows:
